Many raw materials now come from China and are frequent sources of both contamination and poor production oversight. Buyer Beware!

In the case of Metagenics, WE must registered you, on-line, as a client for you to have access to the Metagenics e-store. When you request this and provide us with your email, we will register you and send an email with your username and password. Since these companies do not provide retail products to the public, we will provide you with our Professional Authorization Code to validate you as a client. You can order your nutritional formulas on-line whenever you want, in the quantities you desire. We have established special savings for clients doing on-line ordering through the links we provide!

Prefer to order by Phone? No problem! We can provide you with special telephone numbers for each of these companies and the Access Codes so you can call them and place your order with a live person!!

Clients can request the Access Codes by sending us an email that includes your name and phone number. We will send the information by return email attachment.

We Can Order for You

Or, we can order your supplements for you and have them drop-shipped to the address you provide. We are happy to provide this service if your supplement order is 7 items or more*. In this case, CNER will charge your credit card before your order is placed. If we have all of your information on-file, you may simply email your order to us and we will take care of it during our regular hours. However, the on-line discounts do NOT apply to this service.

*items may not include personal hygiene products, such as soaps, shampoo, or single nutrition bars. However, a box of nutrition bars may be included.

If you are in a hurry, we suggest you order on-line or by phone and request expedited shipping. In either case, returns must be handled directly with the supplier.

Special Order Formulations

From time to time, we may recommend a very special or unique formulation not carried by the distributor or companies linked above. In such cases, we will be happy to order or re-order such items for you if it is not readily available. Just send us an email with the name of the specific formulation and the company.

In either case, if we feel it has merit, we will make that update at your next follow-up appointment.
